For more than 30 years, Accor Academy has been offering training programs in a wide range of areas such as brand immersion, luxury, or revenue management to enable Heartists® to gain hard skills. In 2023, more than 6,000,000 hours of training have been delivered and over 190,000 Heartists® have received training.
